We hold monthly in-person meetings for parents and youth, with a playgroup provided for children under 12, at First Light Childcare Centre, 97 Elizabeth Avenue, St. John's. We each meet in separate rooms, with a parent facilitator for the parent groups and trans adult facilitators for the youth group.
These are informal, welcoming, supportive groups where we are all learning from one another.
Feel free to bring a cup of tea or coffee and come join us!

This is a provincial virtual community for trans, Two-Spirit, non-binary, and gender-questioning youth aged 12-17 years, all across Newfoundland & Labrador. We hold virtual meetings the second Monday of each month.

CAMP RAINBOW
Camp Rainbow is a three-day overnight summer camp for trans, Two-Spirit, and non-binary kids between the ages of 10 and 15 years. This magical camp was founded in 2016, and is a partnership between Trans Youth NL Inc. and our friends at Echo Pond Summer Camp. Our goal is to create space for Ttans, Two-Spirit, and non-binary campers to build confidence, independence, and connect with likeminded friends in a fun, relaxing, safe, and welcoming camp environment. At camp they will meet and be supported by a team of trans and non-binary mentor camp counselors from our Echo Pond camp community. In 2026, Camp Rainbow was held from Thursday, July 2nd to Saturday, July 4th. Head over to the Echo Pond website to learn more! We look forward to welcoming Camp Rainbow campers back again in 2027!
